Decent purchase, minor issue

I recently bought a turntable record player and a few vinyl records. The website experience was straightforward; I found what I needed without hassle. Checkout was quick too. The package arrived in about eight days, which is fine, but one corner of the record player box was a little dinged. The player itself seems okay though, so no real harm done. The records were perfectly fine. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking an hour after I placed my order, so that was good to see. I ordered a couple of Funko Pop figures and a K-Pop album from Fye last month. The website was easy to navigate and I found everything I was looking for. Prices were competitive, especially with a clearance item I snagged. However, shipping took nearly two weeks, which felt a bit long for an in-stock order. Packaging was adequate, though, everything arrived safely.

Always reliable for collectibles

I've been shopping with Fye for years, mostly for horror movie collectibles and the occasional steelbook. This time I picked up a couple of those new G.I. Joe action figures and a limited edition Blu-ray. Like always, the ordering process was smooth. Their inventory tracking seems pretty accurate, which I appreciate since I hate pre-ordering then getting cancellations. Shipping was standard, about 6 days to get to me in Arizona. Everything was well-packaged, no dents or dings on the boxes. Their selection continues to be a main reason I come back, they always have those niche items I can't find elsewhere easily. Wish they'd do more free shipping promos under $75 sometimes, but can't complain much.
